Zucchini chips

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • one zucchini

  • a few drops of olive oil

  • a pinch of salt

Method

  • Cut the zucchini is thin slices

  • Add the sliced zucchini in a bowl, add the olive oil and salt. Mix well.

  • Put the zucchini slices in the dry oven on 52°C / 126°F.

  • Let it rest for around 12 hours.
