Zucchini chips

Ingredients (serves 4)

one zucchini

a few drops of olive oil

a pinch of salt
Method

Cut the zucchini is thin slices
-
Add the sliced zucchini in a bowl, add the olive oil and salt. Mix well.

Put the zucchini slices in the dry oven on 52°C / 126°F.

Let it rest for around 12 hours.
